Instead of hiding, down-playing, or suppressing the struggles you encounter each day -- stress, overwhelm, depletion, pain, fatigue -- so that you don't "inconvenience" and "burden" others, this is a place where you can let that all out. 

Slip out of your skinny jeans and into your sweats.

Let your hair get messy. 

Shed that weight you carry on your shoulders. 

And breathe.

I'm glad you're here! I'm Elaine! I help stressed out, high-achieving women find relief and resolution for chronic stress and depletion through yoga therapy.

Yoga therapy is an embodied practice where each therapeutic movement, breathing practice, and inward contemplation has a specific purpose in helping you move through and past your challenges...all tailored to the client.
